This place is amazing. Alfredo helped me big time. I literally took my laptop to get the screen replaced as it fell of my bed and the screen started flickering. Took it to Alfredo he did the best on finding the screen as no one/ no where had it, as it's a new model Dell that came out the beginning of this year and not even 5 months with the laptop the screen got damaged. He even lend me an adaptor so I could still use my laptop with a screen at the house, love the way he was on top of it like it was his, he gave me different options until he was able to find somewhere the screen. Took it in and within 12 minutes I walked out amazed on how fast he replaced it. He gave me warranty and the value with everything was worth it. I recommend this shop to everyone. Best computer/phone repair shop.

I took my daughters lap top to get fixed, not only did they have the right screen in stock but in less than 30 minutes it was ready for pick up!!! Very professional and friendly! Highly recommended!!!

Absolutely the best computer repair in the city. I took my laptop computer with a faulty charging port to another shop and they said it might need mother board soldering and said they wouldn't do it. Inside Laptops repaired the port without hesitation. Turns out I was in their system as I had brought the same computer to them 6 years earlier when they were at another location. I can not recommend them enough. Excellent.

I took my laptop in to change the cover and have a battery replaced, Jorge was extremely helpful and sweet when answering all of my questions. The laptop was ready within a week and he even checked my laptop when the fan was making a noise right in the store. Absolutely a pleasure to do business with. My laptop had a DC jack that became loose. This was the 3nd time that it had to be repaired. The first 2 times were at the same shop in Michigan where I live. The first time they replaced it, and 2nd time they re-soldered it for me. Well flash forward 1.5 years, it was loose again and being in Miami for work, I took it to InsideLaptops. They had to order the part and I had to wait a week, which was okay because this is a non common DC jack port. They did the repair in less than 1 hour after bringing them back the laptop, and the charging cable has a tight fit into the port that I never felt after the 1st repair where they "replaced" the DC jack. Not tight like to tight, but tight like a snug and proper fit where it will not work it loose again. I would highly recommend InsideLaptops for repairs to anyone in the Miami area.
