Absolutely a pleasure to do business with. My laptop had a DC jack that became loose. This was the 3nd time that it had to be repaired. The first 2 times were at the same shop in Michigan where I live. The first time they replaced it, and 2nd time they re-soldered it for me. Well flash forward 1.5 years, it was loose again and being in Miami for work, I took it to InsideLaptops. They had to order the part and I had to wait a week, which was okay because this is a non common DC jack port. They did the repair in less than 1 hour after bringing them back the laptop, and the charging cable has a tight fit into the port that I never felt after the 1st repair where they "replaced" the DC jack. Not tight like to tight, but tight like a snug and proper fit where it will not work it loose again. I would highly recommend InsideLaptops for repairs to anyone in the Miami area.

There's a reason they have such good reviews! Rescued my laptop from a big coffee spill. Was able to have it dropped off and cleaned up within a day. Needless to say it would have been very bad if the coffee was left in there covering the board. Thank you! 🙏

I came in recently to repair my MacBook since it was having issues loading up and was randomly crashing due to what seemed like some sort of overload. Jorge was very professional and understanding throughout the entire process of fixing my computer as he explained the issue to me patiently and made me feel at ease knowing my computer would be just fine after all. I felt more informed after going in about my computer and the customer service was so professional that I had to come on here to write a review about my experience. I 100% recommend this shop to anyone trying to fix their macbook or any computer for that matter.

They did a really great job. I woke up this morning and my laptop was totally unresponsive and I was in a panic because I'm working under a deadline. They answered the phone and all my questions and were able to look at the computer right away. They were up-front about the pricing, which I felt was very reasonable. Within a few hours, they had figured out the issue, installed the replacement part, *and* done a few tune-ups on the laptop (screen and keyboard way cleaner than when I dropped it off). Very, very satisfied, and very glad to have my laptop back!

My desktop computer all of a sudden turned off and would not turn on again. Brought it to InsideLaptops and got it fixed within 30 minutes. Working great since then. Second time they help me out. Both experiences have been great.

They are very good. Jorge was very nice and professional when explaining the process how they work. He kept me informed. I took my laptop on a Monday and got it back and running on Thursday of the same week. The motherboard was fried. They replaced it and gave me the bad one to confirm the piece was actually changed.
