I took my laptop in to change the cover and have a battery replaced, Jorge was extremely helpful and sweet when answering all of my questions. The laptop was ready within a week and he even checked my laptop when the fan was making a noise right in the store. Great honest PC repair shop with integrity. I brought in my MSI laptop with bad symptoms, Alfredo greeted me and walked me through what could be the cause and whether it was cost beneficial to even do a hard diagnosis and repair given the circumstances. He was honest and fair which was very appreciated. Hopefully won’t ever need to use him, but if I have another PC/Laptop issue I know this is a place I can trust.
