I took my laptop in to change the cover and have a battery replaced, Jorge was extremely helpful and sweet when answering all of my questions. The laptop was ready within a week and he even checked my laptop when the fan was making a noise right in the store. Super helpful all around and I'll definitely return if I ever have a computer or phone related issue! 10/10 service!

This was BEST laptop repair service!!! I'm from out-of-town and I spilled liquid on my laptop on the plane. I found InsideLaptops via Google once I got to Miami and it only took them over the weekend to fix my laptop and that was only because I dropped it off on Saturday and they're closed on Sundays. Technically they repaired my computer within hours on Monday! They also saved all of my files and personal information on my computer which was a HUGE relief!!! I was able to pick up my computer right before my flight home. Great service especially if you're in a desperate emergency, and very decently priced! 10/10 would recommend. Very responsive, they give you consistent updates while they're working on your device, and they're very professional.

Great honest PC repair shop with integrity. I brought in my MSI laptop with bad symptoms, Alfredo greeted me and walked me through what could be the cause and whether it was cost beneficial to even do a hard diagnosis and repair given the circumstances. He was honest and fair which was very appreciated. Hopefully won’t ever need to use him, but if I have another PC/Laptop issue I know this is a place I can trust.
