They are very good. Jorge was very nice and professional when explaining the process how they work. He kept me informed. I took my laptop on a Monday and got it back and running on Thursday of the same week. The motherboard was fried. They replaced it and gave me the bad one to confirm the piece was actually changed. This place is amazing. Alfredo helped me big time. I literally took my laptop to get the screen replaced as it fell of my bed and the screen started flickering. Took it to Alfredo he did the best on finding the screen as no one/ no where had it, as it's a new model Dell that came out the beginning of this year and not even 5 months with the laptop the screen got damaged. He even lend me an adaptor so I could still use my laptop with a screen at the house, love the way he was on top of it like it was his, he gave me different options until he was able to find somewhere the screen. Took it in and within 12 minutes I walked out amazed on how fast he replaced it. He gave me warranty and the value with everything was worth it. I recommend this shop to everyone. Best computer/phone repair shop.

They did a really great job. I woke up this morning and my laptop was totally unresponsive and I was in a panic because I'm working under a deadline. They answered the phone and all my questions and were able to look at the computer right away. They were up-front about the pricing, which I felt was very reasonable. Within a few hours, they had figured out the issue, installed the replacement part, *and* done a few tune-ups on the laptop (screen and keyboard way cleaner than when I dropped it off). Very, very satisfied, and very glad to have my laptop back!
