They did a really great job. I woke up this morning and my laptop was totally unresponsive and I was in a panic because I'm working under a deadline. They answered the phone and all my questions and were able to look at the computer right away. They were up-front about the pricing, which I felt was very reasonable. Within a few hours, they had figured out the issue, installed the replacement part, *and* done a few tune-ups on the laptop (screen and keyboard way cleaner than when I dropped it off). Very, very satisfied, and very glad to have my laptop back!

Great honest PC repair shop with integrity. I brought in my MSI laptop with bad symptoms, Alfredo greeted me and walked me through what could be the cause and whether it was cost beneficial to even do a hard diagnosis and repair given the circumstances. He was honest and fair which was very appreciated.Hopefully won’t ever need to use him, but if I have another PC/Laptop issue I know this is a place I can trust.
