For most common repairs, like screen replacements or battery issues, we aim to complete repairs within 1-2 business days or sometimes the same day. More complex issues, such as motherboard replacements or data recovery, may take longer. We will provide you with an estimated timeframe once we diagnose the problem.

Do you offer free diagnostics?

No, there is a fee for diagnostics. However, the cost of the diagnostics is applied towards the repair if you decide to move forward with the service.

Do you offer on-site or mobile repair services?

Currently, we do not offer on-site or mobile repair services. We recommend bringing your device to our shop for the most efficient and effective repair process.

What is your Computer Repair Shop operating hours?

Our store hours are Monday through Friday 9:30 am – 5:30 pm and Saturday 10:00 am – 2:00 pm. We are closed on Sunday.

I took my laptop in to change the cover and have a battery replaced, Jorge was extremely helpful and sweet when answering all of my questions. The laptop was ready within a week and he even checked my laptop when the fan was making a noise right in the store. Super helpful all around and I'll definitely return if I ever have a computer or phone related issue! 10/10 service!

There's a reason they have such good reviews! Rescued my laptop from a big coffee spill. Was able to have it dropped off and cleaned up within a day. Needless to say it would have been very bad if the coffee was left in there covering the board. Thank you! 🙏

I came in recently to repair my MacBook since it was having issues loading up and was randomly crashing due to what seemed like some sort of overload. Jorge was very professional and understanding throughout the entire process of fixing my computer as he explained the issue to me patiently and made me feel at ease knowing my computer would be just fine after all. I felt more informed after going in about my computer and the customer service was so professional that I had to come on here to write a review about my experience. This was BEST laptop repair service!!! I'm from out-of-town and I spilled liquid on my laptop on the plane. I found InsideLaptops via Google once I got to Miami and it only took them over the weekend to fix my laptop and that was only because I dropped it off on Saturday and they're closed on Sundays. Technically they repaired my computer within hours on Monday! They also saved all of my files and personal information on my computer which was a HUGE relief!!! I was able to pick up my computer right before my flight home. Great service especially if you're in a desperate emergency, and very decently priced! 10/10 would recommend. Very responsive, they give you consistent updates while they're working on your device, and they're very professional.
